Used Volkswagen Arteon
Volkswagen launched the Arteon in 2017 as a more upmarket and practical alternative to the Passat. Available until 2024 as both a hatchback and an estate (the Shooting Brake), it got a major update in 2020, adding new technology and a plug-in hybrid engine option. The Arteon impresses with its interior space, comfortable drive and well-equipped trims – at a price that usually undercuts rivals the Audi A5 Sportback or BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé. Though the rear headroom can be tight if you're tall, and some of the touch controls might take a while to get used to, the Arteon remains an excellent choice for long-distance drives, business users or anyone who wants executive looks and space without choosing an SUV.
