Iveco was formed in the 1970s, and the Daily arrived soon after, setting the tone for a brand that focuses on bigger jobs and serious carrying ability. Unlike many rivals, the Daily has a robust, truck-style feel, which suits high payloads, towing and specialist bodies.
In the used market you’ll see the Daily in many lengths and heights, plus chassis cab versions used for dropsides, tippers and Luton bodies. That flexibility is a big reason it’s popular with builders and delivery firms. Iveco has also introduced electric versions of the Daily, so you may spot eDaily stock where city access and running costs matter. Buy on condition, as many have had hard lives. Rear-wheel drive and twin rear wheels are common, which helps with heavier payloads.
