On its launch in 2002, the Grand Espace was positioned to take on the competitive MPV market. It offers seven sliding and removable seats that give you flexible layout options. A few extra inches in length compared to the standard Espace can be used for luggage or legroom. The Grand is best known for its ease on long trips, thanks to a big cabin and clever storage. During its production period from 2003 to 2012, the model distinguished itself with a high level of standard equipment, top safety features and punchy diesel engines – especially the reliable 2.0-litre dCi. Compared with rivals like the Ford Galaxy and VW Caravelle, the Grand Espace offers unique French flair, comfort and outstanding cruising ability.
