This wheelchair accessible vehicle is a 2018 (68) registration) Peugeot Partner Tepee with the 1.6 Blue HDi (diesel) engine and has an automatic gearbox (with paddle shift). It is a popular WAV for the ?first timers? who are just exploring the world of wheelchair access vehicles. It has had one owner from new and was a former Motability Scheme vehicle (in fact it has come direct from the scheme). It has covered 25, 500 miles (this is approx 3, 100 miles per year) and has full service history. It is finished in metallic slate grey.
The conversion work on this wheelchair accessible vehicle has been done by Allied Vehicles. They have lowered the rear floor, we have a manual tailgate, a manual wheelchair ramp (which can fold upright or fold flat) and wheelchair securing straps. There are front electric belts and rear manual belts. There are five seats in total (so can be used as a standard vehicle) but with a wheelchair in situ it will become three seats plus wheelchair as two of the rear seats will need to be folded over. Not forgetting that we also have a handy winch.

Other specifications to this wheelchair vehicle includes electric front windows and electric mirrors. We have a CD/Radio. There are driver, side and passenger airbags and power steering as standard. There are rear parking sensors. There is cruise control and also air conditioning (a useful tool whatever the weather). The vehicle itself has five doors including an up and over tailgate (providing some shelter in the rain). The tailgate window does open independently too. There are two keys and remote central locking. If all of this is not enough, we also have privacy glass too.
