Liverpool’s roads mix modern city layouts with historic streets and plenty of bus lanes – something to watch out for, especially if you’re new to the city centre. Thankfully, the Transit’s size and turning circle handle it all superbly, feeling equally at home loading up on supplies and sliding into a tight parking spot (if you can find one!) in the centre.
