Had a Honda CRV that needed changing. Compared CRV with the Ssangyong, and except for slightly smaller boot space found it comparable - but £1000's less for same age vehicle. Have found the Ssangyong to be slightly more economical on running costs. Comfort about the same and tows the caravan well - overall very pleased with it.

for its very competitive price the car meets all my requirements with the advantage of being able to automatically or manually select 4 wheel drive. there is plenty of rear leg room. The economy for a car of its type are very reasonable

Both my wife and myself find it pleasant to drive with plenty of power to to a caravan. Travels well around the country with 4 up luggage and 140lbs of sports equipment. The facility to select 4 wheel drive is also a definite advantage.

Although I have only had this car 2 months I like it.When I was looking to purchase the car I was a bit reserved because of the lack of number of dealerships offering service and repairs. I decided to give the Korando a chance, although I have the automatic version I find it excellent when towing a caravan. The car has electric everything, but I hope they dont go faulty. I purchased the car from a dealership in Dronfield. While driving the car home I noticed the lefthand back indicator was not working. They told me it was a fault in the towing socket electrics,it took them two and a half weeks to repair this.I am sure other dealerships must be more proffesional. The engine noise is noticable but nothing to worry about, the car is good looking and I would say after the short time I have owned it I am impressed. After all Kia,and Hyundai are made in South Korea.
