Although production ceased in 2005, Rover had a long and eventful history while it was alive, which included its beginnings as a bicycle company; producing some of the most popular and ground-breaking early cars; and creating the now incredibly successful Land Rover. Today there remains a healthy used market for Rovers, but they are fast becoming increasingly rare. All used Rover on the AA Cars website come with free 12 months breakdown cover.
Rating 134 Rover ReviewsDuring Rover's productive years, one of their leading models was the 75, a saloon which managed to be refined, practical and powerful. While much of the Rover range now risks appearing aged and dated, the 75 retains an element of style to it; largely due to it being one of the last models in production. Smaller than the 75 is the 25, an updated version of the 200, and a compact yet spacious hatchback. Now only available on the used market, Rovers might be a diminishing sight on UK roads, but remain a solid and mature British car.
