Used Citroen C4 Cactus
The Citroën C4 Cactus is perfect if you want hatchback proportions combined with crossover-inspired rugged styling, great practicality, and one of the best ride qualities in the segment. Focused primarily on passenger comfort, the C4 Cactus does a commendable job of soaking up bumps and imperfections, handling poor road surfaces with ease. Meanwhile, the styling is on the quirky side, with ‘Airbumps’ – Citroën’s name for protective side cladding designed to help prevent dings and damage from urban driving scenarios.
Engine options included a 1.2-litre petrol engine with varying outputs and a 1.6-litre HDi diesel (later replaced by a 1.5-litre unit following the 2018 facelift) for those prioritising fuel economy. Although Citroën has stopped producing the C4 Cactus, it remains a popular used car thanks to its large-car ride comfort, handling, and distinctive styling in a small-car package.
