Now owned by Chevrolet, the Daewoo badge is one no longer adorning new vehicle, but their range of small, economic cars can still be found on the used market. Efficient and compact, they're not something built for life off road, but for urban inner city use, they work well. All used Daewoo on the AA Cars website come with free 12 months breakdown cover.Rating 10 Daewoo Reviews
Arguably their most successful model - and one still produced today under the Chevrolet badge - is the Matiz. An economic, compact city car, it is perfectly suited to life in narrow, traffic laden city streets. More sizeable and practical are the Lanos and Lacetti, a hatchback and saloon respectively, which although not quite as fun and successful as their smaller sibling, are competent and affordable. Having not made a huge dent when they were being produced, there are few Daewoos left on the roads, which means while they might not always be the best cars, they are at least unique.
