The 2023 Toyota Yaris Design is a mid-range version of the latest Yaris hatchback that slots between the entry-level Icon and the sportier or higher-spec trims. It takes the strong foundations of the redesigned Yaris compact external dimensions with clever interior packaging and Toyotas efficient self-charging hybrid powertrain and adds a clear step up in style, technology and everyday usability compared with the base model.
On the outside, the Design trim is distinguished by 16-inch machined-finish alloy wheels and full LED headlights, daytime running lights, LED fog lights and LED rear lights as standard. It also includes rear privacy glass, which gives the Yaris a more premium and cohesive look. These visual upgrades help give the Design model a visibly more refined presence on the road than the entry-level Yaris.
