As a celebration of its status as "Britain’s favourite sports car brand", Mazda has introduced two new special edition models to its ‘zoom-zoom’ product line-up.
The first new release is the Mazda MX-5 2.0i ZSport, which is priced at £1,045 more than the regular sport model but reportedly offers over £2,250 worth of additional equipment.
Among the exterior features of this model is ebony mica paintwork, 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, a chrome front grille and ZSport badging.
The interior of the car is upholstered in stone-coloured leather and boasts a brushed aluminium dash panel, chrome air vent bezels, climate control, air conditioning and alloy pedals.
Mazda’s other new variant is the RX-8 Kuro, which features six-speed transmission and a power output of 231ps.
This model will sport special exterior badging, five-spoke, 18-inch alloys, a stone-coloured leather trim on the seats and interior with coordinated stitching on the steering wheel, gearknob and handbrake lever.
The Kuro, which means black in Japanese, is priced at £505 less than the standard high-power RX-8 and incorporates more than £1,000 worth of extras.
