Debuting in 1997, the 9-5 ran through two generations until 2011, with the first generation being especially popular as both a saloon and estate. These cars combine a smooth ride and supportive seating with generous boot space and a sense of individuality you just don’t get from the mainstream rivals. Over the years, the 9-5 was updated for better safety and comfort, receiving a notable facelift in 2005. In its final 2010-2011 run, Saab added even sleeker style, plus some modern tech for a more enjoyable on-board experience.
