I find this car excellent at road handling and comfort. The running costs are acceptable to me and I have no reason to doubt it'd reliability.

had for about 10 years ,lost a few ponies over the years but still does the job. on its fourth brain over the years . which not so good ( on the wallet )just general service costs really , mainly very reliable and economical to run....can do a lot worse.

This car is cheap and reliable to run. It is reliable also. I only use it for work and social occasions so not exactly built for motorways. Even so it would get you to any destination safe and sound. Space wise it is not overly big.This car is ideal for what I use it for.

Always had family size cars but liked the Ford Fiesta. Looked modern, nice size but space inside (for a 6 footer). Parking a large car now in the city , even outside home was getting difficult. The Fiesta slips in anywhere. Nice alround view. Love the nippy engine. Went for the 1400cc. Still good on fuel consumption and the dreaded vehicle tax, paid twice as much with the previous car. Hope next year to go for a newer Fiesta.

A good overall vehicle. Runs well, reliable and very economical. Also £20 for road fund tax. Good music system, and comfortable.

I am generally happy with this car. I have had it for 16 months and I find it reliable and it has good road holding, especially since I bought 2 new tyres. One problem is the adjustment on the steering wheel. I am quite short in the body and the wheel could not be adjusted so that I could see the bonnet of the car better. I have since purchased a cushion that raises my body just that extra fraction, so that I have better all round vision now. It has taken me some time to park the car in a straight line, due to the strange wing mirrors. They give a distorted view of the car body. However I have finally got it right. This has never been a problem before on other cars.

This is my first new car purchase and I am very pleased with it. The car looks good, feels good, and is good. It is comfortable, reliable and economical. It has all the gadgets I need and more. I was recommended to buy a Fiesta by an owner and 2 of my friends have bought Fiestas on my recommendation. That is 4 happy Fiesta owners!

MPG could be a lot better, currently running about 40 MPG.

This is the second Fiesta I have owned, and I admit this one has a few extras such as electric windows, heated front screen, automatic lights and wipers, and adjustable mirrors from inside. Its a comfortable ride (though I am fairly short) and the power steering makes it easy to maneuver and park. It can carry large loads though my grandson's pushchair is difficult to get in! It seems to be quite economical on fuel, and spares and servicing haven't been expensive either. Overall, well pleased with my purchase.

I bought this car when it was a year old and it's served me well over the last 13 years or so. Engine is still sound, as is the bodywork (the fact it's garaged when not in use probably helps the latter). It's never failed an MOT, although as it's got older there have been a few advisories that I've had sorted where necessary. It's a pity the new Fiesta's are larger as I was planning to buy one, but unless I knock down my garage and build a new one, it just won't fit in there.

Easy car to drive ,good on fuel .Happy with the performance would purchase the same model again

great design although boot is quite small and the seats do not fold flat. very responsive engine

Great for city driving, and enough power for short motorway journeys. The safety belt though is not comfortable as it does not adjust enough. Great audio system.
