Citroen might be known primarily for their affordable, stylish small cars, but like the C5, the C6 shows that there is more to their repertoire than just fun and frugality. The price - being nearly the size of a premium German car - might put some buyers off, but there is plenty to justify it. With a 3.0 litre diesel producing 240bhp it is the most powerful Citroen ever, and manages a respectable top speed of 149mph, and a 8.2 second 60mph sprint. It is effortlessly sedate at cruising speeds, although struggles on bumpier, slower roads. A classy, well-thought-out interior makes it a comfortable and refined ride at all times however. Its sleek style and unique looks places it well apart from the typical executive offerings, and although it's more expensive than your usual Citroen, steep depreciation means it can be found at excellent value on the used market.
