Visitors to the London Motorsport Show this year will be able to celebrate the success of females in racing.
According to show organiser Phillip Bunn, motorsport has long been seen as a male sport, but there are a number of strong female competitors who are just as strong.
These include British Touring Car Championship driver Fiona Leggate, who will be displaying her vehicle at the event, as will Volkswagen racer Karen Andrews.
Two-wheel automobiles will also be on display, with Team Feisty Racing rider Kat Sanderson showing off her 250 cc Aprilla model.
For Mr Bunn, the exhibition represents a great chance to get girls into racing.
He said: "Having such great names involved in this area will hopefully encourage other women to get involved in the sport and create an even stronger female movement within the industry."
Meanwhile, research from moneysupermarket.com warns female motorists that specialist insurance deals are not always the market’s cheapest.
