hello Edmund, I'd like to ask you a question regarding my car, Nissan Primera 2001. I haven't driven my car for the last 3 days and today I found out it doesn't work once I try to start the engine by turning the key in the ignition. Could you please advise me on what to do since I have no idea what may be the reason of such problem? I suppose it's flat battery otherwise I have no clue what's happening. Looking forward to your reply, Adam

It’s likely to be a flat battery, either because it’s old (they generally need replacing after five years or so) or because you left lights or other electrical load on which drained the battery.

If you’re an AA Member – this is just the sort of situation that AA Membership is for – one of our patrols will be able to diagnose the cause of the problem, running a health check on the battery if necessary.
