Ford Fiesta combines eco with driving pleasure

Ford has done a successful job in combining a car offering a strong driving experience with one that has strong eco credentials with the Ford Fiesta, a reviewer has stated.

Writing for the Liverpool Daily Post, Val Jessop explains that the Ford Fiesta 1.6 Titanium can reach 120 miles per hour, while still having the capability of providing a driver with 48 miles to the gallon of fuel.

Meanwhile, the car can accelerate to 62 miles per hour from still in under ten seconds.

Ms Jessop adds that the 1.6-litre engine "becomes more spirited the harder you drive it" and even gives the impression that there is "plenty in reserve" when it is being driven at high speeds.

Alongsid having a decent on the road performance, motorists can benefit from a spacious interior, with the seats especially mentioned as being "comfortable and airy".

Other decisions made by Ford to enhance its positive impact on the environment are that recycled denim and reclaimed upholstery are used in the creation of its vehicles.
