The sheer size of this thing is the first thing that hits you. The converted area measures approximately 6.10 metres long, 2.36 metres wide and 2.34 metres high. That's a huge amount of usable space and opens up all sorts of possibilities.
And it's already got some serious kit fitted.
There's an enormous 20-foot-wide electric awning, side windows and a 46-inch TV mounted in the window, making it absolutely spot on for displaying advertising, menus, promotional material or live content.
Inside you've got a seating area, night heater, generator, hand-wash facility, water system, two additional 20-inch TVs and a ply-lined floor. Access at the rear is via a manual ramp, which makes loading equipment or stock much easier.
Up front it's straightforward and functional with 3 seats, central locking, electric windows and mirrors, heated screen, driver and passenger airbags and CD player.
Being an ex-TFL vehicle, this clearly hasn't spent its previous life doing multi-drop deliveries or carrying building materials around. Combine that with the mega-low mileage, and you've got a very unusual vehicle that would be incredibly difficult – and expensive – to recreate from scratch.
