A new Individual trim specification has been added to Volkswagen’s Eos line to celebrate the coupe’s first anniversary in the UK.
This trim level is range-topping and, according to Volkswagen, "lends extra style to the Eos’ already head-turning looks".
The car’s suspension has been lowered and stiffened, giving it a more "purposeful" stance and better responses, while a set of 18-inch alloy wheels and bespoke leather upholstery add to its stylistic appeal.
As on the standard model, an advanced, five-piece glass and metal folding roof comes with the new Eos variant, which moves from its standard position to stow in the boot in 25 seconds.
A choice of engines is on offer with the Eos Individual, including a two-litre diesel unit and a 3.2-litre V6 petrol powerplant.
Coming as standard with the new Volkswagen model is an advanced electronic climate control system, heated front seats, six airbags, ABS brakes and an electronic stabilisation programme.
