The cost of servicing, repairing and maintaining a Volkswagen vehicle will always be “fair and competitive”, the company has claimed.
Motorists with cars from the German automaker can shop around and still find that it is cheaper to go back to them to get their vehicle fixed, it added.
Launched today with the strapline “A competitive price. Promise.”, the automobile manufacturer is hoping that consumers cut out the middle man in the future and come straight to them if they have car trouble.
Retailers will be “looking forward” to welcoming drivers back, commented aftersales marketing manager Paul Lougher-Smith.
“The Volkswagen brand has long stood for honesty and value and this latest campaign aims to reinforce this promise,” he added.
Over the weekend, fans of the famous car brand got together in Hanover, Germany in order to celebrate 60 years since the arrival of the Volkswagen minivan.
The vehicle has been long-associated with hippies and travellers.
