Like much of the Malaysian manufacturer's range, the Satria has won few fans in the hotly contested European market. Despite its less-than-favourable reputation there are good points however. As the new owners of Lotus, the input from the dynamic sportscar make means that the handling and steering of the Satria is excellent. Its price and run costs are equally as attractive for their affordability. Its 1.6 litre engine sadly doesn't provide as much power as might be expected, nor does it drive with much purpose or comfort, but as a basic option boasting good handling and a rare badge it will appeal to at least some drivers.
