The races at this year’s Goodwood Revival will feature a full card with some of the world’s finest sports cars.
In total, more than £30 million worth of gleaming metal is set to take part in the weekend of racing and fun from August 31st to September 2nd.
High-powered vehicles to be on display include an Aston Martin DB4GT, an AC Cobra Le Mans Coupe and Ferrari 250 GTO, all of which will be opened up and put to the test on the track.
In addition, a Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray and a Jaguar E-Type will have the pedal put firmly to the floor in the series of races.
The event’s organisers commented: "The ultra-rare Ferraris, Aston Martins and AC Cobras will all be driven in anger, with some of the closest and most competitive wheel-to-wheel racing to be seen anywhere in the world."
Sir Stirling Moss, the legendary driver who will be behind the wheel of the Ferrari 250 GTO, was also present at last year’s event.

The Goodwood Revival is the only meeting in the world set entirely to a period theme, with every detail faithful to that golden age of style, grace and glamour:
