The vehicle has not been test driven, inspected, or assessed by our technicians and may have faults or defects, including those not immediately apparent. No mechanical, electrical, or roadworthiness checks have been carried out.
This vehicle does not meet the criteria for RAC warranty cover, and therefore no RAC or third-party warranty is available.
The vehicle is sold without warranty.
Customers are strongly advised to carry out their own checks and inspections prior to purchase, including obtaining an independent inspection if required.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the vehicle is sold as seen and as described, and the purchaser acknowledges that the vehicle’s age, mileage, and trade status have been fully considered at the point of sale.
Responsibility for the vehicle passes to the purchaser once the vehicle leaves our premises.
Nothing in this description excludes or restricts the purchaser’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
