AA Initial Disclosure Document

The purpose of this document is to help you compare financial services across providers. We will provide clear and transparent information on the services we offer, to allow you to make an informed decision as to whether our services are right for you.

Who are we and how can we help finance your purchase?

  • AA Lease is provided by Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd. AA Financial Services Limited introduces you to Wessex Fleet Solutions Limited and both are acting as a credit broker and not a lender.
  • AA Financial Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Ref no. 727859). Registered Office: Level 3, Plant, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England, RG21 4HG. Registered in England and Wales number 912211.

Whose products we offer

  • We can only introduce you to Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd.
  • Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd are a credit broker, and they use a panel of credit providers to find a finance product that may be suitable for you.
  • Neither the AA and Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd will provide a recommendation or advice.
  • You must decide whether the finance product is right for you.

Who can apply for AA Lease

  • All finance is subject to status.
  • Terms and Conditions apply.
  • Over 18’s only.
  • UK residents only.

Affordability

  • It is extremely important that you choose finance options that are suitable for your current (and potential future) financial situation.
  • If you are aware or suspect that your financial position will change in the future, you must inform Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd when submitting your application.
  • If you do not make payments when due this could result in late payment fees, a negative impact on your credit file, repossession of your vehicle or legal action.
  • It is important that all the information that you provide to us is accurate and up to date.

Commission arrangements and fees

  • Wessex Fleet may receive commission from the finance provider, which can in some cases affect the overall amount you pay.
  • Wessex charges an administration fee for managing your vehicle order, from quote to delivery. This fee is separate from any finance agreement and is charged for those services only.
  • AA Financial Services Ltd receives remuneration from Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd for introducing you, including a fixed share of any commission Wessex receives from the finance provider and 50% of Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd’s administration fee. AA’s share of Wessex’s commission does not affect the price you pay.
  • The amount of commission will be confirmed to you before your agreement is signed.
  • The AA does not charge a fee for making the introduction to Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd.

Using your personal data

For us to introduce you to Wessex Fleet Solutions Ltd, you will need to provide us with some of your personal information.

Please read our privacy notice which lets you know what happens to the personal data we use and hold when you interact with AA Lease.

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. If things do take a little longer, we'll respond fully within 8 weeks, or explain our position and tell you how long a full response will take.
