If you have a maintenance package and your car breaks down and needs repairs, we'll try to place your car with an approved repairer who'll be able to provide you with a courtesy car. This is dependent on availability so make your request at the point of breakdown.

If you do not have a maintenance package, then it will depend on who you arrange the repairs with as to whether you get a courtesy car.
