The Montana was based on a standard model 1800cc MX-5, offering two body colours: Garnet Red and Racing Green. After October 2002, only 500 units were available, with 250 in each colour. Standard features included a mohair soft top, 15” alloy wheels, low-profile tyres, and locking wheel nuts. Additional enhancements included front fog lamps and a colour-coded detachable hardtop. The interior featured heated seats trimmed in tan leather and a matching tan carpet. A wooden steering wheel, hand brake grip, and gear knob were also included. Wood effect dash trims adorned the centre console, while chrome inner door handles and speaker grilles added a touch of elegance.
