Chrysler UK’s new managing director is looking forward to a successful year after taking on responsibility for the firm’s operations, it has claimed.
Simon Elliott’s previous job saw him in charge of the automaker’s Chinese development, where the firm achieved a 13 per cent increase in sales last year.
Mr Elliot will be a busy man, as he will be managing both operations until Chrysler appoint someone for the head position in China.
Some 25 years of industry experience come with Mr Elliot to the position and last year he was voted CEO of the Year in China.
Now he is excited to be working back in the UK.
"I am extremely glad to come back home to work with the excellent team in Milton Keynes and with our great dealer network," commented the official.
This week, Chrysler revealed three different concept vehicles, each with a unique fuel economy method.
