Hyundai ‘improves customer experience with website’

An all-new company website from car manufacturer Hyundai will enhance the experience of consumers, the company has claimed.

Sections for accessories, business users and aftersales have been included in the revamped online domain.

Carlson Marketing is the digital agency behind the facelift, incorporating the firms QSI brand values of quality, self-assurance and inspiration into the design.

Hyundai’s UK marketing director Jim Campbell commented that the site is a "powerful reflection" of the company’s vision.

"Customers can view our full range of cars and accessories, find their ideal Hyundai model, their local dealer as well as keeping up to date with out latest offers and promotions," he said.

Over the course of 2007, the firm has revealed details of its new concept cars, including the Veloster coupe.

This model was developed in the central styling studio in Korea and has been described by the automaker as "daring".
