- The breakdown cover offer is for 12 months. It's only available to non-members who purchase AA Home Insurance before 8 December 2021, and you set up an annually recurring Direct Debit for the breakdown cover. The offer will no longer be available from 8 December.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and it isn't available in a breakdown situation. Our breakdown cover does come with terms and conditions.
- You can choose to renew the cover automatically. We'll send details of your renewal before the expiry date, and you'll have plenty of time to contact us if you want to cancel your breakdown cover.

The following cover options are available if you need to buy Roadside Assistance breakdown cover with your Home Insurance.
All cover options are for personal cover, which means you (the home insurance policyholder) are covered in any eligible vehicle.Roadside Assistance
This provides assistance if you've broken down at least 1/4 mile away from home. Our aim is to fix your vehicle and get you on your way, but if we can't do this then we'll tow your car to a relevant local repairer.
We'll take you, your vehicle and up to 7 passengers to a UK destination of your choice if we can't fix your car at the roadside or arrange a prompt local repair.
You can call us out if you break down on your driveway or within 1/4 mile from home. Our aim is to get you on your way, but if we can't then we'll provide a tow to a relevant local repairer.
