Due to the situation, we have fewer staff available to answer your calls. We’ve changed our customer service hours to 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm, Saturday so we can make sure we're there for you when you need us.
Our breakdown line is still open 24/7 and we're prioritising emergency calls. You may be able to check your details and manage your account online.
You might have a longer wait on the phone, but we’re working hard to keep service levels as high as possible while looking after our people.
