Scam text message
We're aware of a text message claiming to be from the AA stating "we were unable to confirm your account details" and providing a false URL to confirm details. This is not from the AA.
Anybody who has received the message is strongly advised to delete it without clicking the link. Smishing / phishing texts can also be forwarded to 7726 and the network provider will block that number.
If you have already entered your details, contact your bank and follow their advice. If you entered a password, it’s also a good idea to change your password on any accounts using the same one. Always use a different password (with letters, numbers and symbols) for different accounts.
