¹ We'll replace any lost, stolen or damaged items with new ones where available, or give you the cash. If a cash settlement is agreed for any items, it will be limited to the replacement cost to us. The Home Insurance Policy Booklet has full details.

² We'll pay the costs we've agreed in advance for alternative accommodation if your home can't be lived in due to an insured event. The accommodation will be of a similar size and standard to your home. For any one claim, you're covered for up to £75,000 with Platinum buildings insurance, or up to £25,000 with Platinum contents insurance. The Silver and Gold levels provide lower amounts for accommodation.
