The AA has been awarded Recommended Provider status for breakdown cover in an annual survey by consumer champion Which?
The UK’s biggest motoring organisation has been endorsed as a Which? Recommended Provider for breakdown cover for the fourth year running*, thanks to its prompt arrival times, expert patrols and ability to fix the majority of vehicles at the roadside.
The report states: “[The AA] gets five stars for the knowledge and courtesy of its mechanics, and it responds to 85% of call-outs in an hour or less.”
In the Manufacturer Cover review, breakdown cover is provided by the AA for the top nine manufacturers in the table (out of 14 total).
