How do I opt out of marketing communications from the AA Group of companies?
- You can opt out of any email or text marketing by following the unsubscribe links.
- If you receive a marketing call from us, you can ask the person who called you to opt you out.
- Write to us at AA Limited, Fanum House, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4EA, marking it for the attention of the DPO.

If you write or email, tell us your title, first name initial, surname, the first line of your address and the postcode, and what kind of marketing messages you want to opt out of.
I’ve already opted out but you’ve still contacted me. Why?
We might have sent you a communication that isn’t a marketing message – for example, some information about your policy with us. These types of communication won’t stop if you opt out of marketing as we’ll still need to keep you updated about any products or services you have with us.
How can I opt out of targeted online ads?

This won’t opt you out of seeing adverts by us that are targeted at audiences you fall into, which don't use data we hold about you.
