What does this form do?

When you use our services, we collect personal information about you – such as your name, address or phone number. Our privacy notice explains how and why we use this information – including what details we hold, who we might share it with, and your choices and rights. It also includes information about any checks and decisions we may make.

You can fill out this form to request a copy of the personal data we have stored about you. This is known as a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).

We’ll send you a copy of the relevant data you’ve requested within 1 month. You can find out more about DSARs on the ICO website.

What happens next?

Your request will be sent to our Privacy Team. If we have enough information, we’ll find the data you requested and get in touch by email.

If we need more details or if we need to verify your identity, the Privacy Team will contact you.

Once we've received your request – or any further verification documents, if needed – we'll send you a copy of the data you're entitled to within 1 calendar month.
