When should you use this form? 

You can use this form to ask us a question about your renewal if:

  • You have car or home insurance, and
  • Your renewal is more than 10 days away

Make sure you have your policy number to hand. You'll find it on your policy documents. Also, for security reasons, only the main policy holder can contact us. You should get a reply to your query in 5 working days.

When shouldn't you use this form?

Don't use this form if you have a query about your breakdown cover or if your insurance cover expires in the next 10 days. Instead, call us on one of the following numbers:

  • 0370 160 0138 for car insurance

  • 0370 606 1617 for home insurance

  • 0343 316 4444 for breakdown cover

What happens next?

Your request will be sent off to our renewals team. We'll be in touch with you within 5 working days.

If we have enough information, we'll complete your request and email you with an update. If we need some more details, somebody will call you.

Can I pause my car insurance?

No, you can't pause your car insurance. It's a legal requirement to have valid car insurance unless you apply for a Statutory Off Road Notification. If your car has a SORN and you want to cancel your insurance, call us on 0370 533 2211.

Although you might not be driving your car, keeping it insured will cover you for theft and vandalism.
