² We'll pay the costs we've agreed in advance for alternative accommodation if your home can't be lived in due to an insured event. The accommodation will be of a similar size and standard to your home. For any one claim, you're covered for up to £75,000 with Platinum buildings insurance, or up to £25,000 with Platinum contents insurance. The Silver and Gold levels provide lower amounts for accommodation.
