Due to the situation, we have fewer staff available to answer your calls. We’ve changed our customer service hours to 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday so we can make sure we're there for you when you need us.

  • building or contents insurance policy number

  • building or contents insurance quote reference

How to make a claim
  • First, check your Home Insurance Policy Booklet and your Policy Summary to make sure that the loss or damage is covered.
  • Next, call your insurer's claim number, shown on your Statement of Insurance, as soon as possible to report the loss or damage. Have your policy number handy when you call – this can also be found on your Statement of Insurance. A claims advisor will discuss your claim with you.
