I've just bought home insurance – where are my policy documents?

If you chose to receive your documents by post, they should arrive within 5 to 7 days of purchase.

Or If you chose to be contacted by email, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase.

The email contains a link to create your account, where you'll find your insurance documents. They should be available 24 hours after purchase.

After you set up the account, you can log in and view your documents anytime.

If the email hasn't arrived, have a look in your email junk folder. If nothing arrives, contact us via chat or call 0330 053 0061.
