Are the garages all AA garages?
We don't run garages ourselves, but every garage in our network is independent and trustworthy. We inspect them before we decide to work with them, and then check in annually to make sure they continue to meet our high standards. And we're constantly adding more locations.
Do I have to pay anything at the time of making the booking?
We'll only take payment once the booking is complete, but we'll place a hold against your card for the value of the work when you confirm your booking.
What is mandatory work?
This is work that legally needs to be carried out to keep your car, you and other drivers safe on the road. If you choose not to go ahead with this work you'll need to sign a disclaimer form confirming you’re aware the vehicle isn’t roadworthy so that it can be released back to you.
