AA approved garages are not owned or managed by the AA – they're either independently owned or part of a franchise group.

We thoroughly inspect each garage before it can join our network, and every year, to ensure it fully meets our quality, service and training standards.

We take care of everything so you don’t need to make the time to deal with the garage directly.

As well as auditing our network of approved garages annually, we also offer a parts and labour guarantee of 12 months or up to 12,000 miles, whichever comes sooner.

Everyone's welcome, whether you're an AA member or not. So if you live nearby and would like to arrange an appointment for your vehicle, simply book using our form and select AA Autocentre from the list of garages.

The AA Approved Garage service is not included as part of AA breakdown cover membership. If you are a member in a breakdown or accident please use the AA app, or you can get help online.
1 We guarantee all parts and work for 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
2 0% interest instalment option details: Payment will be split into 4 equal instalments, with the first 25% payable on a debit card. Using this service will mean taking out a credit agreement with Payment Assist. Payment Assist can refuse credit, but the application process is immediate online, with no footprint left on the customers credit record. If the subsequent payments aren’t made on time, Payment Assist do reserve the right to charge a late payment fee.
