We’ve found your details but there’s a technical issue stopping us from creating your online account. We’re working really hard to resolve this. Try again in 72 hours.

I've waited 72 hours. Why am I still getting blocked?

This is very rare and don’t worry, your policies and cover are safe. If you’ve been blocked the system sends us a message to look in to it. It could be some information wasn’t available or the system couldn’t finish creating your account due to technical issues. We’ve a team of experts on it. Issues like this are normally resolved within 48 hours. You can try the AA app. If you have an iPhone or Android phone, check out what the app can do for you.

 

I want to change something

Can I change my address online?

Not yet but we’re working on it. However, you can log in to your account, and we will provide you with the right number to call to get your address updated.

To go through to the right team, just select the number related to the product you hold. If you hold many products with us, just choose the top one.
