Sen Mansourpour - Director of New Business for AA Roadside
Background and experience
Sen Mansourpour is the Director of New Business for AA Roadside, having joined the AA back in January 2024. Before that, he spent 17 years in the telecommunications world across big-name brands like BT, EE, Vodafone and Virgin Media O2, building experience in customer growth and commercial strategy. He also holds a BSc in Retail Management from Loughborough University and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield School of Management.
Driving customer growth at the AA
In his role at the AA, Sen focuses on bringing new customers into the organisation. His aim is simple: to make sure people see the value of the UK’s best breakdown service and feel confident choosing the AA. He works closely with teams across digital, marketing, sales and finance, as well as a wide mix of agencies and specialist partners, to create the best possible experience for our customers.
A big part of Sen’s work is making sure new customers understand the full range of services the AA offers, from day one support to future motoring needs. Over the years, he’s been involved in many memorable campaigns and has helped launch products such as key insurance and an add on that allows customers to use their breakdown cover for commercial purposes.
