Setting up your account

We're making some changes to your online account. We’ve introduced some handy improvements that’ll let you see your documents, check your details, and keep an eye on renewal dates - all in one place. There’s just a few things you need to know…

If you set up an account before 12 October 2017:

You'll need to register again as your old details won't work anymore. However, if you've created an account for Breakdown Cover or other policies, you don’t need to re-register. Simply log in and you'll see your insurance details too.

Why did we do this?

We're listening to your feedback. We know it's a pain to remember different usernames and passwords, so we're working towards having one login where you can manage all your products in one place. And you'll be able to benefit from new features as they're added.

If you're new to us:

Creating an account is easy and only takes a few minutes. All you need is:
• An email address to log in - we recommend using a personal one.
• Your policy number – you can find it on your confirmation email or letter.
• A password that's 8 characters and has a capital letter and a number.
