Where to find your policy documents

Depending on how you said you’d like to hear from us, you’ll receive your policy documents either by post or email.

If you chose to receive your documents by post, they should arrive within 5 to 7 days of purchase.

If you chose to be contacted by email, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase. The email contains a link to set up your account, where you’ll find your insurance documents. They should be available 24 hours after purchase. After you set up the account, you can log in and view your documents anytime.

  

If neither has arrived yet, check your email junk folder, or chat to us.

If you need a replacement set of documents, contact us via chat.

How to update your details

If your personal details have changed or you've spotted a mistake, fill in our change phone number or change name forms. If you want to update your cover details, call us on 0330 053 0061.

If you have a Silver, Gold or Platinum policy, log in to your account and select 'Manage, view and renew' to update your personal and cover details. Or call us on 0330 053 0061.

How to make a claim

First, check your Home Insurance Policy Booklet and Statement of Insurance/Fact to make sure the loss or damage is covered.

Next, call your insurer's claim number (you’ll find this on your Statement of Insurance/Fact) as soon as possible to report the loss or damage. Have your policy number handy when you call – this can also be found on your Statement of Insurance/Fact. A claims advisor will discuss your claim with you.
