Unity has been developed over 10 years to bring our service centres and fleets together. The platform contains a range of tools to make setup, management and administration as simple as possible.
A suite of MI and reporting tools are built in, to give you a fully auditable picture of your costings, including tyre fitment against contract supply, repairs and overall maintenance management savings, as well as break downs by vehicle type and fault frequency by model.
You'll receive real-time vehicle downtime management reports updated throughout the day, with approved garage availability and capacity available through our UK contact centre.
VehicleTrak™ is a dedicated portal for customers to keep on top of the status of individual vehicles going through SMR work, which automatically updates every 30 seconds, and can be adapted to individual businesses' needs.
