4.2 You may only enter this Prize Draw once.Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. You may play the AA Spiderman Game as many times as you like, but there is only one entry per person so playing the AA Spiderman Game multiple times won’t increase your entries or chances of winning.

6.2 All Prize winners will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the AA Breakdown app account used to enter the Prize Draw) by no later than 1st September 2026 to inform them of their Prize.The Prize winners must accept the Prize by replying to the notification email to accept the Prize within 14 days.

6.3 On acceptance of the Prize, Prize winner’s email address and phone number will be passed to the Prize Provider to organise the Prize.

6.4 The Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The AA does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim the Prizes.

6.5 The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance (in accordance with the notification email) and if a Prize winner declines the Prize, or is unable to be contacted within 14 days of the AA attempting to notify the winner under Clause 5.2 above or the Prize winner is unable to comply with the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, the Prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and the AA reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

6.6 The decision of the AA is final in relation to the selection of winners. No correspondence will be entered into regarding this decision. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of liability
In so far as is permitted by law, the AA, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant or winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Prize Draw or taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the AA, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The AA accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or submitted due to a technical fault (such as a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind and/or where applicable. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering online, the AA does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw. 5. Selection of the Prize Winner

5.1. The Prize winner will be selected at random from all the eligible entries received by the closing date. This will be done by an automated process or a process which will be conducted or supervised by an independent person.

5.2. All prize draws will be completed after the prize draw has closed

5.3. All Prize winners will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the AA app account used to enter the Prize Draw) by no later than 23rd April 2026 to inform them of their Prize. The Prize winners must accept the Prize by following the instructions set out in the notification email

5.4. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The AA does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim the Prize.

5.5. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance (in accordance with the notification email) and if a Prize winner declines the Prize, or is unable to be contacted within 14 days of the AA attempting to notify the winner under Clause 5.3 above or the Prize winner is unable to comply with the requirements set out in in these terms and conditions, the Prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and the AA reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

5.6. The decision of the AA is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. In so far as is permitted by law, the AA, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the AA, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6.2. Under no circumstances will the AA’s aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these terms and conditions and/or the Prize Draw which do not fall within Clause 6.1 above exceed £50.00.

7.3. The AA must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. We are required to make the forename, surname and the country of the winner available upon request.

8.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, The AA may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the AA App “Pothole Dodger” game and utc.travel prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

1.2 There are 10 x utc.travel annual memberships available as prizes as follows (each a “Prize”, together the “Prizes”):

3.2 You may only enter this Prize Draw once. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. You may play the Pothole Game as many times as you like but there is only one entry per person so playing the Pothole Game multiple times won’t increase your entries or chances of winning.

3.3 By entering this Prize Draw, you accept these terms and conditions.

3.4 Entries must be made between 10:00 UK time on 12 January 2026 and 10:00 UK time on 30 January 2026.Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 and over who are active AA breakdown members when entering the Prize Draw and when the Prize winner is selected. We will need to verify that you have a valid AA membership number to be eligible and we may ask you to provide this. If it cannot be verified that an entrant is a valid AA member then that entrant’s entry will be excluded.

4.2 The following are not eligible to enter or win this Prize Draw:
