The AA has achieved Recommended Provider status for breakdown cover in an annual survey by consumer champion Which?.
The UK’s biggest motoring organisation has been endorsed as a Which? Recommended Provider for breakdown cover for the fifth year running*, thanks to its continued prompt arrival times, expert patrols and ability to fix the majority of vehicles at the roadside.

The report states: “[The AA] managed to resolve the highest percentage of breakdown callouts at home or on the roadside in our survey.”
It added that the vast majority of respondents would recommend the AA as a breakdown cover provider to others.
In the Manufacturer Cover review, breakdown cover is provided by the AA for the top ten manufacturers in the table (out of 14 total).
