Always ensure your vehicle is stationary, and parked legally and safely while using the Services on your mobile phone. Do not use AA routes in a way that interferes with the control of your vehicle, or otherwise endangers yourself or the safety of others.
If the Services are delivered by mobile communication while driving always use a hands-free device.
No representation is made or guarantee given as to the content or usability of the directions. TheAA.com and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any loss or delay resulting from use of these directions.
While the AA has taken care in the provision of the Services, they are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, the AA or its licensors or suppliers do not accept any liability arising from inaccuracies, omissions or delays in the information or transmission of messages.
Copyright, trademarks, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in the content of all information provided to you belongs to the Automobile Association ('AA'), or its licensors or suppliers. All map images served from www.theaa.com are copyright material. No more than 10 copies, not greater than A4 (625 sq cm) in size, can be printed of any one transaction.
We will not be liable to you if you are unable to access or use the website due to the failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link, any period of essential maintenance, critical change, repairs, alteration to or failure of computer systems, any industrial dispute, or anything beyond our reasonable control or that of our agents or subcontractors.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The service is subject to the laws of England and Wales, and in the case of a dispute the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, the laws of Scotland shall apply and the Courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
