Not the most famous of London's new skyscrapers, but Heron Tower is certainly up there in the culinary stakes. Japan, Brazil and Peru provide inspiration for a menu that deals in small grazing plates of Asian and South American fusion food. High-quality ingredients are a feature, not least the Kobe beef, which you can have cooked on a hot stone (ishiyaki) or sizzled on the robata grill. Flavours are spot on in options such as yellowtail tiradito with jalapeño and lemongrass, and the hot stuff is as equally on the money (lamb chop with red miso and lime, say). There's straight-up sushi, too, and desserts such as chocolate banana cake.
