In a pedestrianised oasis just off Regent street, Ramsay’s contemporary take on the brasserie theme spreads over two floors, mingling industrial chic with macho leather and wood textures that suit the local vibe. The all-day menu aims to please all comers, whether it’s getting down and dirty with starters such as tamarind spiced chicken wings with spring onion and coriander, or coming on all nostalgic with prawn cocktail with cucumber, avocado, pink grapefruit and tobiko. For mains, fish and chips sit alongside steaks with classic sauces, or cod fillet with bouillabaisse butter sauce, mussels and veg. Finish with an indulgent chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream.
